Terms and conditions of reservations
Please be aware that bookings can only be cancelled, rescheduled or amended if at least 48 hours notice is given. We are unable to offer a refund or amend your booking where less than 48 hours notice is given.
The reservation can only be rescheduled once, and cannot be rescheduled again if it has already been rescheduled. Bookings that have already been rescheduled once can no longer be refunded.
Terms and conditions of online shop
Please note all items from our online shop are available for collection from the CatPawCino cat cafe only, we do not offer a delivery service.
From the receipt of the products you bought from us, you have 14 days to inform us you would like to return an item for a refund.
You must send the item back to CatPawCino by post, or bring the item to our shop in person and a full refund will be issued, except where the item has been damaged.

Gift vouchers policy
- Gift vouchers are activated when purchased either in our shop on the Quayside or in our online shop.
- Gift vouchers can’t be refunded or returned.
- Gift vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers can only be used for entry fee, drinks, food and merchandise at Catpawcino.
- Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
- Catpawcino reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be fraudulent.
- Catpawcino reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the gift voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
- All gift vouchers are issued by Catpawcino Limited.
